We handle shipments from as small as 50 kg (Part Truck Load) up to 25 tonnes (Full Truck Load). For smaller parcels under 50 kg, we have a courier tie-up that we can arrange. For consignments exceeding 25 tonnes or requiring Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) permits, our industrial team handles the special permits and routing. There is no upper limit if managed correctly — just contact us for a custom plan.
Every vehicle in our fleet is fitted with a GPS tracking device that reports location every 15 minutes. Once your shipment is dispatched, you receive a unique tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. The link shows a live map view, current location, estimated arrival time, and all checkpoint timestamps. No login or app download is required — it works in any browser.
All shipments are covered under our blanket cargo insurance policy. Coverage is automatically applied — you do not need to purchase it separately. In the event of damage or loss, file a claim via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, attach photos, and our claims team responds within 24 hours. For high-value consignments above ₹10 lakh, we recommend declaring the value upfront so enhanced cover is applied at a nominal extra charge.
Yes. We operate year-round including winter months when mountain passes become difficult. Our Himachal fleet consists of 4WD vehicles with snow chains, and our drivers are experienced on high-altitude roads including routes to Manali, Spiti Valley, Kaza, and Kinnaur. During heavy snowfall, we provide real-time route updates and alternative delivery windows. Some routes may have delays in peak winter — we always communicate proactively.

For inter-state shipments within India you need: (1) E-Way Bill for consignments above ₹50,000 in value — our team can generate this on your behalf. (2) Invoice or challan from the consignor. (3) For temperature-sensitive goods: a pre-shipment condition certificate. We handle all documentation prep if you provide the underlying commercial invoice. Most clients simply send us the invoice and we take care of the rest.
Yes — for all our primary routes, pickups booked before 2 PM are collected the same day. For express routes (Ludhiana–Delhi corridor), pickup is available until 5 PM for same-day dispatch. Weekend pickups are available on Saturday and Sunday for scheduled routes. Public holiday service is available for select priority clients — speak to your account manager to activate this option.
Our reverse logistics service is designed for e-commerce and retail clients. Customer initiates a return → Our system auto-schedules a pickup within 4 hours → Item is collected, condition documented with photos → Returned to your warehouse or fulfilment centre within 48 hours. You receive a full condition report per item. We integrate with most e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom ERPs) via API to automate the entire return flow.
For new clients: prepayment via UPI, NEFT, or credit card with a 2% processing fee waived for NEFT. For registered business accounts after 3 shipments: 15-day credit terms. Volume clients (10+ shipments/month): 30-day credit terms with monthly consolidated invoicing. We accept GST invoices and maintain complete accounting records compatible with Tally, Zoho Books, and custom ERPs.
